Sunt sigur ca alimentatia ta este mult mai buna ca cea avrg. Dar acum eu as scoate/inlocui multe produse din frigiderul tau. Cu lactatele as incepe si as continua cu cele care sunt procesate si au tot felul de adausuri. Nu ma pricep la inghetata, dar majoritatea din comert sigur nu is ok. Sucurile de fructe din nou, majoritatea fierte sa reziste mult pe raft..etc. Painea din comert e si ea praf.
Asta e faza la raw: cooked vs uncooked. Degeaba e plin frigiderul de raw daca le frigi/fierbi apoi bine.
Una peste alta cred ca mananci sanatos, mai sanatos cum mancam eu probabil. Dar pe o scara de la 1 la 10 ii dau un 6-7. Dupa inaltime/kg as zice ca ai nevoie ori de sport ori de o alimentatie mai bogata in nutrienti de calitate. Depinde si de genetica dar cred ca esti usor subponderal.
Tine foarte mult si de starea actuala de sanatate. Cu cat esti mai sanatos cu atat poti sa mai faci mici escapade.

Ideea e simpla. Esti sanatos si vrei sa ramai asa: mananci Cat 1 si 2, rar 3 si foarte rar 4.
Esti gras/slab/bolnav - mananca Cat 1&2 o perioada, f rar 3.
Ai cancer: Cat 1 , fara peste si nimic procesat.
Intrebarea mea (retorica) este:
De ce trebuie sa mancam sanatos doar cand apare boala?
