Mi-e greata pana la voma de caricaturi de oameni ca maka, chiar nu se poate face nimic cu jegu asta uman? De ce nu e banat inca de pe forum???

Trist ce aud...dar cred k cea mai buna solutie pentru cei care stackuiesc ar fi sa faca o baza de date comuna...chiar un site in care sa postam numele , poza de bulletin si nickurile de la mese cu toti cei care dau teapa. Sincer si eu mi am luat tepe de genul si cred ca ne am mai proteja cat de cat unul pe altul. Chiar am de gand sa fac siteul asta si cei care stackuiesc si sunt interesati sa facem o baza de date comuna cu ,,tepari,,, sa mi dea add Skype sa vb mai multe. monsterducati1986 e id meu. Nu am apucat sa citesc toate postarile sa vad daca a mai avut cineva initiative aceasta dar m ar bucura. GL la mese!!

Ceva imi da cu virgula aici. E un tip extrem de cunoscut in comunitate, sociabil. Pur si simplu e socant si ca a tepuit,

la ce argumente aduci,concluzia e total pe invers.Reputatia,carisma,talentul oratoric sunt un MUST HAVE pentru a reusi o scamatorie dinasta.cine nu e sociabil intra mai greu in combinatii , iar daca n-are nici reputatie =nici o sansa.

Pronosticul meu este ca va fi foarte greu sa isi recupereze banii, mai ales ca este si banat pe forum acum. Cand ai de a face cu oameni complet nerezonabili, ba care chiar iti rad si in fata, nu ai foarte multe optiuni. Trebuie sa te gandesti insa la ceea ce au nevoie oamenii respectivi: o schimbare de atitudine. Schimbari de atitudine spectaculoase au avut loc de exemplu dupa o plimbare pe dig cu 3-4 "schimbatori de atitudine" care i-au explicat frumos respectivului ca nu e frumos ce a facut si ca banii respectivi trebuie inapoiati. Nu trebuie "rupt capete"(inca) cum sugera cineva in aceast thread, pentru ca dupa aia se complica treaba, dar o "discutie serioasa in privinta atitudinii inacceptabile" e musai. Maka asta e din galeria rapidului din cate tin minte, e prin zona cu baetii, se crede si el un fel de jmekerash, e in grup mare, dar in principiu este piele cariciului si eu cred ca va intelege de vorba buna.

In plus odata ce un scamuri e postat acolo cand da cineva search la numele sau screenameurile lui pe google apar automat primele rezultate descrierea scamului.
Singura problema a ca eu mi-am luat ultimile 3 scamuri in ultima vreme, adica ori lumea nu le posteaza ori nu se mai ofera staking romanilor sau nu stiu ce se intampla....
Cred ca e mai eficient ca baza de date cu scameri sa fie pe forumurile mari de poker, ca sa aibe acces cat mai multa lume la aceste baze de date.

era bine dacã exista și o secțiune unde se posta de cãtre fiecare staker ce cãluți are. așa probabil se mai evitau niște țepe. dar probabil cã aici intervine și mândria stakerilor și a cãluților.

Sociabil, dar nu foarte vizibil. Dar nu mai conteaza acum. Ar fi bine daca pagubitii si-ar intoarce banii.

O intrebare pt stackeri.Cand faceti un deal cu cineva mergeti doar pe incredere sau ii puneti sa semneze ceva? Daca da puteti foarte bine sa ii actionati in instanta.Ii puteti acuza de inselaciune si cred ca libertatea e mai importanta decat cum sugera cineva mai sus sa fie amenintat cu ruperea de oase .Eu zic ca se poate gasi o solutie pentru ca pe viitor sa se evite aceste tzepe sau macar diminuarea lor.Una dintre ele ar fi redactarea unui act ca pentru un imprumut apoi calutul sa fie pus sa semneze .

Cheloo, sa fim seriosi... de parca nu sti ca se merge pe incredere.
E aiurea rau ce a facut maka, sunt convis ca si el realizeaza, insa e cam tarziu. Cel mai aiurea e pentru comunitate deoarece se pierde din credibilitatea generala.

Eu din ce stiu ca//"calut" a lui LOL_U_91 este ca maka era in makeup 16,000eur si apoi a lovit bigger 22$ si si-a platit tot makeup si au facut split profit . Da recunosc a aparut alta prb. intre ei si s-au despartit cand maka facuse iarasi mu 2,000eur dar a renuntat LOL_U_91 la el.Chiar am ramas un pic socat cand am citit tot ce s-a scris pe aici.Nu stiu cum sa reactionez.

asa arata contractul meu de staking (poate o sa va fie util pe viitor):
You can only finish the stake if the stake is above $0 and all loans have been paid back and the bankroll has been sent back in full.Until all of this has been done the stake will be live(Please do not send me ANY funds until we have confirmed it on Skype)

You can only play 180 mans up to $35 and MTTs up to $22 on a sunday you can play one $215 of your choice once the stake has started and not play any other games (unless I say so)or be staked by anyone else on the site I stake you on!

If you are in make up and you want to play games that are not in the contract you must ask me first.You can not change the games,buy ins or contracted games until I confirm it.

If the stake is in profit you have two options.You can cashout once you confirm the numbers with me or you can use that profit to play any buy ins of your choice for the agreed games in your contract.

Cashouts must be done in full or you can not cashout

If you satellite into a tournament that you are not eligible to play due to the buy ins in your contract ,then you must ask me to play it.If I do not confirm that you can play it you must add the T$ to the stake and updates

If you satellite into a game you are not meant to play but the game has already started then you can play the game.But please try to avoid these satellites if you are in make up.

If you win a package or a ticket for a live event ,the profit cut will become 50/50 for the live event only.Any bonus stuff you win for a live event will be split 50/50 (e.g a car a ticket into another MTT ,etc etc)

You must be on Skype at all times when your playing!

When under my stake you must have all your stats unblocked and stay on search at all times!

Anytime I ask for an audit you must send within 24 hours.

You can not leave the stake in make up.You must carry on playing until the stake is back to $0+!

If you are in make up you can not apply for another stake on another site.

If you can no longer play on the site we have the stake on(Due to laws ,or I don't want you to play on that site any more or any other reason) and you are in make up ,the make up will still stand and I have the right to move you to another site and play.To work of the make up!

Whilst under my stake you must inform me of any cashouts ,transfers to other players etc etc before hand.You can not do either without my say so!

You can not stake players(or buy a %) on the site I back you on ,or you can not sell action for any of the games you play on the site I back you on.

If you are not going to play and not going to be on Skype for 3 days or more you must let me know before hand!!!(I get offline messages to my Skype)

The stake will start on the 23rd Sept 2013 at 0:00 G.M.T GLGL(the stake is live from when I ship the funds)

Please post on Skype the total profit or loss so far in the stake to date, when you have finished playing for the day !!!(I get messages to my Skype 24/7 ,through my cpu or iphone)

I reserve the right to end the stake at any time I want ,without explanation(This I don't do much)

You must play no less than 1,000 games per month!

I reserve the right to change the buy in level to lower buy ins and change the games you play if the stake is in make up.(I don't do this much)

All monies and FPPs/FTPs are the horses responsibilities,if lost to hacking or any other reason the horse will be responsible and the money or FPPs/FTPs lost will be added as make up.(Get a RSA token is my advice ,but it's your choice)

Once the money is shipped and we confirm ,all games (SNG,MTTs and cash)played on the site I shipped to are under the stake!

The profit cut is 60/40 in favor of the horse, FPPs/FTPs/Rakeback and ALL bonuses/site promotions will be split 60/40 (all FPPs/FTPs player points must be saved up for cash bonuses,unless I say otherwise) (mile stones BOP, Stellar rewards,TLB and all money made outside of play at the tables,will be split at the end of the stake,unless I say otherwise)

All the FPPs/FTPs Bonus side of the stake can not be used to clear make up(unless I say so).They will be cashed when we both agree on it.

I can also request we do random cashouts if there is any profit.

If I ask for a specific hand history you must send within 24 hours so me or one of my coaches can review it.

If I ask for an audit of your poker account or a copy of your hand history you must send it to me as soon as possible

You must inform me of all account activate when is comes to player transfers to and from your account ,any time you use your FPPs/FTPs,any bonuses received,any cashouts you do.This must be done before the transaction has been made or straight after(in the case of receiving a bonus)
