Pe scurt, asa cum spune si titlul: contul meu de Pokerstars a fost spart ieri seara.
Bankroll: 480$. Cand l-am deschis mai aveam 0.24$. Primul lucru care mi-a sarit in ochi inainte sa vad bankrollul a fost mesajul cum ca setarile fusului orar a fost modificat.
Eh, am dat repede la history sa vad ce s-a intamplat, si mi-am deschis si casuta de e-mail.

Astea doua din urma nu le-a mai anulat. Printre aceste mesaje mai erau si cateva cu rezultate de la unele sng-uri cu buyin de 30$, 60$, iar in istoric in soft am vazut ca a jucat si pe la mese, si turnee, si sng-uri. Din cate mi-am dat seama asa la repezeala, erau sng-uri de 3 oameni, si nu am vazut sa fie vreu user (in afara de al meu) care sa apara frecvent la aceeasi masa. Acum nu mai pot vedea oricum in istoric mai in detaliu, caci contul mi-e blocat (la cererea mea).
Ei, evident primul lucru am trimis rapid reply la mailul ala cu conectare de pe noul device si le-am spus sa inghete contul (cu toate ca era tarziu, banii s-au dus dracu`), apoi mail la suport si le-am spus si lor sa opreasca orice eventuala tranzactie.
In istoric m-am uitat daca exista tranzactii in asteptare si mia spus ca nu am.
S-au miscat rapid si mi-au inghetat contul in cateva minute. Apoi mi-au trimis mail in care mi-au pus unele intrebari (de pe ce dispozitive ma loghez de obicei, daca am bifata optiunea cu "remember password", ce sistem de operare, cati bani aveam in cont, etc.
Le-am raspuns si la astea.
Dupa aia de curiozitate am dat un search pe google sa vad de unde e ip-ul, mi-a dat cum ca ar fi din Bucuresti. Acuma, eu nu ma pricep la cautat locatii IP, nu stiu cat de bine pot sa ma iau dupa rezultatele astea, mi-am verificat si propriul meu IP si la unele rezultate mi-a aratat tot Bucuresti.
Eh, dupa aceea mi-au mai trimis un mail cu un fisier Player Audit in Excel in care aveam o lista cu turneele jucate in ultimele zile, si mi-au cerut sa le spun de la care moment nu am mai jucat eu. Le-am spus si asta.
Iar ultimul mail a fost mai ciudat:

Le-am raspuns si la asta. Eu locuiesc in Oradea iar in orasele alea nu am fost niciodata. Nu m-am logat niciodata de pe alt dispozitiv pe Pokerstars, nici nu am divulgat nimanui parola. Parola mi-era salvata in soft, insa cel care mi-a jucat banii a facut-o noaptea, incepand de la ora 00:41 (ora Romaniei), pana dimineata la 7 fara ceva. Eu, care nu jucam decat turnee de 2-3$ in ultima perioada (ca sa joc in bankroll), ala a bagat si cash, si turnee de 60-70$ buyin. Felicitari lui ca facut si profit.
Si tocmai voiam sa spun ca nu am mai primit nici o veste de la ei, cand uite acuma a venit ultimul mail. Pe scurt, banii s-au dus naibii si nu-i mai recuperez:

Ba chiar tin minte ca eu am incercat odata sa retrag bani de la Stars, dar n-am reusit, pentru ca initial am depus bani la Stars transferandu-i de pe Fulltilt, si m-am lasat pagubas, am transferat banii inapoi pe Fulltilt si i-am retras de acolo, caci acolo aveam depunere cu Skrill.
Mai pot face eu ceva in situatia asta?
