daca aveti probleme de incredere si nu numai cel mai bine le rezolvati din start ca sa nu va doara capu' ... raspunsul de mai jos este de la Pokerstars, banuiesc ca si FT accepta acelasi lucru .
"As my colleague was explaining we can only take action if the
negotiation has been ongoing in the chat. This means that if
negotiation was taking place in the chat, we would have access to
all the information discussed.
Regarding your scam claim, unfortunately we are unable to assist
you, as we cannot monitor, nor regulate money scams. Most
scammers use separate websites or chat tools to arrange deals,
which means no evidence exists in our systems to verify who
promised what to who. Copied and pasted chat from elsewhere is
easily modified, so while we sympathize with you and do not
dispute your claim, the only tool we can use to prove someone
scammed you, is PokerStars' own chat records. Since these are
recorded separately and cannot be modified, we can always check
them and take action as necessary, however the scammers know
this, so do not use PokerStars' chat to arrange deals.
We simply recommend that players do not attempt to trade their
chips, as any promise of real money payment is likely to be
untruthful.
Please note that there is no separate non PokerStars chat tool,
simply the chat window you can use while you play. The chat tool
explained is in case of abuse at a table, where a chat moderator
programme would be in affect. To call a chat moderator, click the
chip tray at the table where you are playing, and select the
"Call Moderator" button. Enter a short description of the chat
issue in the pop-up box (e.g. "KidJoker is being abusive"), and
click OK. The first available chat moderator will visit the
table, investigate the situation, and take action if any is
necessary.
We hope that this has been useful information. However, should
you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact
us again.
Thank you for choosing PokerStars!
