Scriu postul asta pentru ca inainte de a-mi crea cont la bet24 am cautat review-uri and shit...dar nu am gasit nimic aici.
Iata povestea:
Vrea sa imi fac cont la bet24, le scriu mail si ii intreb daca pot juca din Romania, daca tre sa trimit documente, cum e cu rake-ul etc. Imi raspund, toate bune si frumoase.
Imi fac cont printr-un "afiliat", depun niste bani si le trimit mail sa confirme ca sunt inscris prin alifiat si ca beneficiez de "first deposit bonus" (100% pana la 600$). Imi confirma inscrierea prin afiliat cat si ca beneficiez de bonus.
Bun.Joc 3 zile, face ceva puncte (cred ca trebuia sa imi dea deja cateva zeci de $$), nu imi apare nimic la bonus. Trimit mail si imi zic ca trebuia sa aleg optiunea pentru bonus(nu aparea asa ceva). In fine dupa 2 e-mailuri suportul se desteapta si imi spune ca deoarece sunt din Romania nu pot beneficia de bonus si imi trimite un link catre pagina unde zic ei asta(ingropata adanc in site dupa ce iti faci cont).
Ultimul mail al meu si raspunsul lor a fost cireasa de pe tort si le voi posta mai jos.
Ce ma deranjeaza e ca am incercat sa previn toate lucrurile neplacute prin e-mailurile trimise inainte. Consider ca un site normal si-ar fi recunoscut greseala si mi-ar fi acordat *****ul ala de bonus. Nu e vorba despre bani ci principiul conteaza. In plus am mai si pierdut 50$ cu transferul intre EUR si USD.
Pe scurt (pentru cei ce nu pot citi mai mult de 20 de cuvinte): Daca va faceti cont la bet24 nu veti beneficia de bonusul de inceput daca sunteti din Romania.

This is because you don't grand Romanian players the first deposit bonus for poker. My feedback to you is that you could just ban Romanian players if you want, but not giving the first deposit bonus is wrong (and unheard of!). I've been playing online for 5 years now, but this is the first site where I don't have the deposit bonus.
It is also bad for me because if you look at the e-mails send by me before and after I made the deposit you can see that I had tried to take all the precautions for not having a bad experience like this one! I'm glad that I haven't deposit more and played at my usual stake (a good backup plan if you run into bad experience).I even received confirmation from you that I can have the first deposit bonus! and if you were a normal site you would just grand me the deposit and made me a happy customer.
I advise you to change the policy, not allowing the deposit bonus makes no sense! Can you explain that?

I have only one thing to kindly ask you: please don't send me e-mail regarding offers and promos from you. You failed to gain me as a customer, cost me about 50$ is EUR to USD transfers, so actually you can erase my account completely.
