eu am mailuri diferite (la inceput au fost la fel dar intre timp am schimbat). la FT la fel, mailuri diferite si merge sa depui cu MB

m-am saturat sa le tot dau mail! le-am dat un total de 14 mail-uri, le-am explicat tot, scanari carduri CI, facturi, formulare tot ce au cerut dar tot degeaba. Incerc sa fac deposit si imi este DECLINED. Am dat copy paste din theard (am vzt aceleasi probleme si la voi) am trecut prin fiecare problema in parte tot nu s-a rezolvat! le-am mai dat un mail acum vreo 3-4 ore nici acum nu mi-au raspuns, cred ca or vrea si pass de la MB sa ma lase sa depun altfel nu inteleg. Pe FT depun instant, fara polologhii si alte prostii. Cred ca urmeaza un mail cu ceva sa le tina de dulce ca m-am saturat sa tot scriu mail-uri

Facturile scanate sunt pe numele tau sau al parintilor? SIgur ei vor o factura unde sa apara numele tau si adresa (cea care apare si in CI si pe care ai scris-o si pe site).

Le zici ca nu ai facturi pe numele tau.
Eu am depus fara sa trimit nici o factura. Doar cardul scanat (fata/spate), CI, extrasul de cont.

o mica intrebare si daca nu am nici o factura pe numele meu?

Nu e nevoie de factura, doar de extras de cont, CI, card. Daca estrasul de cont al cardului nu are adresa pe el, are CNP. Eu am incercuit CNP-ul de pe extras de cont si CI si le-am explicat ca e un nr. unic pentru fiecare persoana din Romania si in 2 ore am primit mail cu confirmarea si am depus imediat.
