Doar 36 de jucatori au mai ramas in Main Event-ul World Series of Poker, turneul turneelor inregistrand la aceasta editie un numar total de 6650 de inscrieri si un prizepool final de $62.011.250. Cel mai mare nume ramas in competitie este fara indoiala americanul Chance Kornuth, jucator care a reusit sa castige pana acum 3 bratari la WSOP si care in urma cu cateva luni se duela cu Phil Galfond la cele mai mari mize de Pot Limit Omaha intr-un joc de heads-up urmarit pe internet de zeci de mii de fani.
Astfel, dupa 6 zile de joc, Chance Kornuth a reusit sa isi construiasca un stack de 13.645.000 de fise, plasandu-se cel putin pentru moment pe pozitia a 11-a in ierarhie. In turneu a ramas si Ramon Colillas, ambasador Pokerstars si totodata primul castigator al celebrului turneu PSPC, care a reusit cel putin pentru moment sa acumuleze o stiva uriasa de jetoane: are al 7-lea stack si 18.200.000 fise. Neamtul Koray Aldemir si americanii Robert Mitchell si Mitchell Halverson (ambii castigatori de bratara WSOP) poate ca reprezinta pentru voi alte nume cunoscute care se aseaza chiar in aceste momente la masa de joc in ziua a 7-a.
Din pacate, niciun jucator roman nu se mai afla in turneu in aceste momente, cea mai buna evolutie avand-o Adrian Sorel State, cu loc 91 si $59.000. Turneul a premiat la aceasta editie 1000 de pozitii.

Pokerstars sarbatoreste in acest sfarsit de an 20 de ani de la infiintare, iar platforma de poker s-a gandit sa isi rasplateasca jucatorii cu o serie de 23 de turnee speciale si garantate totale de peste $10.000.000!
Astfel, fiecare turneu din program reprezinta un eveniment aparte din istoria Pokerstars, incepand cu anul 2001 si pana in prezent, oferind jucatorilor garantate mari si premii incredibile.
Festivalul a debutat ieri cu turneul 2001 Year of Pokerstars avand buy-in de $11 si garantat de $100.000, insa in zilele urmatoare va continua cu multe alte evenimente interesante, in care castigatorii vor primi si premii speciale pe langa banii pusi in joc in cadrul turneului.
