Apropo de noul program PS de loialitate si de corectitudinea lor,nu credeam ca mizeria poate fi asa mare la ei!!! Pe scurt,eram la cufarul platinium si am facut cateva cufere la 10.200 puncte si deodata acelasi tip de cufar a inceput sa fie deschis la 48000 de puncte. Mai jos am atasat toate emailurile schimbate cu cei de la suport .

I understand that the rewards are personalized ,but to jump from 10.200points for one chest to a 48.000 points for the same chest looks like a punishment rather than a reward! I did not receive any weekly chest goals . I am not a big winner on poker stars but over 9 years I was a constant player on your site ,I don't think its fair to be punished with such Goals! You have to put yourself or people who created the system in my shoes, how motivated can I be to play when I see that I have to work almost 5 times as usual to get a chest which ,in my case, hardly exceeds $13 in rewards. I think the current program has big flaws and it is not fair with old players. I am disappointed by all of this.

Please note that generally requirements to earn chest depend on the chest type you have, however it is also personalised and based specifically on your profile. Some of the factors which impact points requirements are recent activity, game-type and net deposits.
If you have been playing more recently before starting to earn points for the current chest, point requirement might have increased for the same type of chest.
As it was explained in our previous email. If there current requirements are too high and you earn 3 chests on 3 different days, your chest type will automatically degrease and you will have lower requirements then.

I am currently at a platinum chest, I am at that level from Monday,January 1st. On Monday ,in order to open a platinum chest I had to make 10.200 points. Yesterday,in order to open a platinum chest I had to make 48.000 points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why is the difference? Also in your terms and conditions for stars rewards program ,it is said that I can contact support if I consider I can not make so many points and will be downgraded to a smaller chest,losing the progres I have made for the current chest. So please someone read carefully my email and give a proper answer!

Red Chest = value up to $50

Platinum Chest = value up to $1,000.
The bigger the Chest, the more valuable it is. Bigger Chests will not only give you more valuable prizes on average, but also a better chance to win the top prizes.

You can move up and down to bigger and smaller Chests based on the following criteria, which depends on when you earned your last Chests.
Upgrading to a bigger Chest - If you earn four Chests of the same type within a calendar day then you will be upgraded to a bigger Chest with a higher point requirement but which will contain bigger rewards on average and a chance of bigger top prizes.
Moving to a smaller Chest - If you’re earning one Chest per day or fewer (i.e. if your last three Chests of the same type were each earned on different calendar days*), we’ll make sure the points targets for your progress bars remain achievable so you won’t miss out on regular rewards and the chance of winning a big prize.
